¶ 1 Following a bench trial, defendant, Daniel Higgins, was convicted of aggravated reckless driving (625 ILCS 5/11-503(a) (West 2010)) and two counts of aggravated assault (720 ILCS 5/12-2(a)(1), (a)(9) (West 2010)).
