¶ 1 The claimant, Mark Tolbert, worked for the employer, Prairie Central Cooperative. The employer operates grain elevators. At the time of the alleged accidental injury, the claimant's job duties included cleaning and maintaining grain flats, elevators, and bins. The work environment exposed the claimant to significant airborne dust particles that included dried bird droppings...
