¶ 1 Following a bench trial, defendant, Douglas R. Harris, was found guilty of one count of failure to stop after having an accident involving personal injury (625 ILCS 5/11-401(a) (West 2008)) and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) (625 ILCS 5/11-501(a)(1), (a)(2) (West 2008)). The trial court sentenced him to concurrent probation terms of 30 and 24 months...
