Raney, with aggravated battery (720 ILCS 5/12-3.05(d)(1) (West 2010)), domestic battery (720 ILCS 5/12-3.2(a)(1) (West 2010)), unlawful violation of an order of protection (720 ILCS 5/12-30(a)(1)(i) (West 2010)), and criminal trespass to a residence (720 ILCS 5/19-4(a)(1) (West 2010)).
