¶ 1 The defendant, George Klein, Jr., appeals from the July 9, 2012, order of the circuit court of Du Page County imposing a lien against distributions that he received from a trust. The lien was imposed in favor of the plaintiff, the Community Bank of Elmhurst (the Bank).
