¶ 1 Defendant, Tyrone D. Watt, and three codefendants were charged in an 18-count indictment with offenses arising out of events on February 24, 2010, in Waukegan, Illinois. Defendant, alone, stood trial on counts I through V of the indictment. The record indicates that the three codefendants' cases were disposed of separately.
