OPINION

Justice BURKE delivered the judgment of the court, with opinion.

¶ 1 In this case, the appellate court concluded that an automobile liability insurance policy which excludes from coverage the only named insured and owner of the insured vehicle is against public policy, reversing the judgment of the circuit court which found that the policy provided no coverage. 2012 IL App (2d) 120296, 367 Ill.Dec. 583
