¶ 1 Defendant, Ibrahim Kibayasi, was found guilty of the first degree murder of his infant son and sentenced to 35 years in prison. Kibayasi shook the crying baby in a fit of anger, inflicting injuries consistent with shaken baby syndrome as the cause of death.
