¶ 1 A Rock Island County jury convicted defendant, Rafael Q. Cisneros, of aggravated battery causing great bodily harm (720 ILCS 5/12-4(a) (West 2010)). The trial court sentenced him to 18 months' probation. Defendant appeals.
