¶ 1 Petitioner, Kory Atkinson, appeals from two separate orders of the trial court affirming decisions of the Village of Roselle Municipal Officers' Electoral Board (Electoral Board) overruling objections to the nomination papers of Jim Schelling1 and James "Jim" Banks2
