¶ 1 Following a bench trial, defendant Tamar Moore was convicted of two counts of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon (AUUW) (720 ILCS 5/24-1.6(a)(1), (2), (3)(A) (West 2010)) and one count of unlawful use of a weapon by a felon (720 ILCS 5/24-1.1(a) (West 2010)).
