¶ 1 The State filed a petition alleging that J.B., S.B., and R.B. were neglected minors due to an injurious environment based on allegations that Lorenzo B., the respondent, sexually assaulted B.B., his 13-year-old daughter who is not involved in the instant juvenile case, and Sierra B., another minor female. The court found that the State had proven the allegations
