¶ 1 Defendant, Will Taylor, was charged with two counts of first degree murder (720 ILCS 5/9-1(a)(1), (a)(2) (West 2002)) and two counts of attempted first degree murder (720 ILCS 5/8-4(a), 9-1(a)(1) (West 2002)).
