¶ 1 Defendant, Manuel Villafuerte-Medrano, appeals his conviction of aggravated driving under the influence (aggravated DUI) (625 ILCS 5/11-501(d)(1)(G) (West 2006)), which was entered upon his plea of guilty. He argues that his conviction is void pursuant to double jeopardy principles because judgment had already been entered upon a bond forfeiture, and the Illinois Vehicle Code...
