Hubbard, appeals from the dismissal of two petitions under section 2-1401 of the Code of Civil Procedure (735 ILCS 5/2-1401 (West 2010)) in which he sought to vacate his 2006 conviction of aggravated criminal sexual assault (bodily harm) (720 ILCS 5/12-14(a)(2) (West 2004)).
