¶ 1 By this court's order dated October 11, 2012, both the Cook County Officers Electoral Board's decision and the circuit court's order dated August 30, 2012, proclaiming Democrat, David R. Page's right to appear on the ballot in his bid for the 27th District1 seat was affirmed. This ruling follows.
