¶ 1 This appeal arises from a January 12, 2007 order entered by the circuit court of Cook County which dismissed with prejudice count I of plaintiff-appellant Midway Park Saver's (Midway) complaint; an August 7, 2009 order which denied Midway's motion for reconsideration; and a June 11, 2010 order which dismissed with prejudice counts I and II of Midway's amended complaint...
