OPINION

Justice BURKE delivered the judgment of the court, with opinion.

¶ 1 At issue in this case is whether defendants owed plaintiffs a duty of care. The trial court dismissed plaintiffs' claims for willful and wanton conduct, finding defendants owed no duty to plaintiffs. The appellate court reversed and remanded for further proceedings. 409 Ill.App.3d 1087, 351 Ill.Dec. 396
