¶ 1 Following a jury trial, defendant Joseph Trzeciak was convicted of first degree murder for killing Donald Kasavich with a firearm. Defendant was sentenced to 90 years' imprisonment consisting of 50 years for murdering Kasavich and a 40-year enhancement for the use of a firearm in the commission of the murder.
