¶ 1 Respondent, Cynthia Romano, appeals from the judgment of the circuit court of Du Page County dissolving her marriage to petitioner, Daniel Romano. Daniel has cross-appealed from the same judgment. Cynthia argues: (1) the trial court misclassified assets used to fund three trusts established by Daniel; (2) the trial court erred in classifying as nonmarital Daniel's interests...
