¶ 1 Plaintiff, Nikolas Bezanis, dived headfirst from a boat into a shallow area of a lake, about 400 feet from shore, and he was severely injured when his head struck the lake bottom. Plaintiff filed a three-count second amended complaint, alleging that defendants, Fox Waterway Agency (FWA) and the Lake County sheriff (Sheriff), owed and breached a duty to warn boaters and swimmers...
