¶ 1 Following a bench trial, defendant, Ann M. Day, was convicted of 10 counts of theft (720 ILCS 5/16-1(a)(1), (a)(2) (West 2004)) and 16 counts of forgery (720 ILCS 5/17-3(a)(1), (a)(2) (West 2004)).
