¶ 1 Plaintiff, Donna Carollo, entered into a settlement agreement with her former business partner, defendant Lawrence Irwin, and the partnership, defendant DL Realty Partnership (DL Realty), in settlement of claims she asserted against defendants for sexual harassment.
