¶ 1 Plaintiff Citibank, N.A., successor by merger to Citibank, F.S.B., appeals the circuit court's judgment in favor of defendant McGladrey & Pullen, LLP, an Iowa limited liability partnership. Citibank contends on appeal that the circuit court's pretrial rulings on two motions in limine were in error and a new trial is required as a result of the error. We affirm...
