This court granted leave to appeal in this case in order to determine whether section 2-622 of the Code of Civil Procedure (735 ILCS 5/2-622 (West 2008)) requires the filing by plaintiff of a health professional's report of the exact class as the defendant within the first 90 days after the filing of the complaint.
