This cause of action arose from a personal injury claim. Plaintiff Joseph Severino was injured while riding a horse at defendant Freedom Woods' place of business. Plaintiff filed a complaint alleging damages pursuant to the Animal Control Act (510 ILCS 5/1 et seq. (West 2002)) and negligence.
