Petitioner Mark Thompson appeals from an order of the Illinois State Board of Elections (Board) dismissing his complaint against respondents, Elizabeth Gorman and The Gorman Good Government Group (Group). On appeal, petitioner contends that this court should reverse the Board's dismissal of his petition and remand for further proceedings because he demonstrated justifiable grounds for further proceedings...
