Pursuant to a plea agreement, defendant, Terrell L. Love, pleaded guilty to robbery (720 ILCS 5/18-1(a) (West 2006)) in exchange for four years of probation. As a condition of his probation, defendant was ordered not to violate any criminal statutes or ordinances of any jurisdiction.
