Following a bench trial, defendant Rayquon Coleman was convicted of possession of a controlled substance (1 to 15 grams of cocaine) with intent to deliver and sentenced as a mandatory Class X felon (see 730 ILCS 5/5-5-3(c)(8) (West 2008)) to nine years' imprisonment with fines and fees.
