Following an altercation at a college dance, defendant, Ellis Agnew-Downs, was convicted of resisting a peace officer (720 ILCS 5/31-1(a) (West 2008)) and unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor (235 ILCS 5/6-20 (West 2008)).
