After a jury trial in August 2008, defendant, Cameron N. Belk, Sr., was found guilty of two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse (720 ILCS 5/12-16(d) (West 2006)). In September 2008, he was sentenced to 42 months in the Illinois Department of Corrections (DOC) on each count, to be served concurrently. Fines and fees were ordered to be paid from posted cash bond. Defendant filed a motion to revise sentence but...
