Here we consider the appeal of an ice skating instructor who filed suit for defamation and other causes of action after being fired by his employer. During the course of discovery, plaintiff deliberately deleted thousands of files from his personal computer, using multiple programs with names like File Shredder and Privacy Eraser Pro.
