This cause of action arose from the dismissal of plaintiff Felicia Randle's claim that defendant AmeriCash Loans, LLC (AmeriCash) violated the Truth in Lending Act (TILA) (15 U.S.C. § 1638 (2006)), and the Illinois Interest Act (815 ILCS 205/4 (West 2006)), by failing to disclose a security interest.
