This appeal arises from the July 23, 2009 order of the circuit court of Cook County, which granted a motion for a good-faith finding that a settlement agreement entered into between one of the plaintiffs, Elliott Cellini (Cellini), and one of the defendants, Village of Buffalo Grove (Buffalo Grove), was "made and entered into in good-faith within the meaning of the [Joint Tortfeasor] Contribution Act...
