This appeal arises from the trial court's grant of partial summary judgment on April 9, 2009, in favor of plaintiffs, Juliet DiIorio, Suzanne Ridenour, Dan McNamara and Mary Guth, and against defendant, Carl Sandburg Village No. 7 Condominium Association (Association), finding that improvements to limited common elements shall be assessed only to the unit owners who benefit from such improvements.
