Davis, also known as Torize Davis, was convicted of two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver (720 ILCS 570/401(a)(2)(A), (g) (West 2006)) and one count of unlawful possession of cannabis with the intent to deliver (720 ILCS 550/5(d) (West 2006)).
