This appeal arises from an order of the circuit court of Cook County granting plaintiff Erie Insurance Exchange's (Erie) motion for summary judgment and denying defendants Michael and Christine Wagner (the Wagners) and Christine Triana's (Triana) cross-motion for summary judgment, finding that there was only $100,000 in total underinsured motorist (UIM) benefits remaining for all defendants under the Erie policy....
