While driving her automobile, defendant, Delores Henry, struck a pedestrian. Police arrested defendant for various traffic violations and transported her to a hospital to have her blood and urine tested. Based on the results of her urine test, defendant was charged with aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol (625 ILCS 5/11-501(d) (West 2006)). Defendant filed a motion to suppress the results of her urine...
