Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 304(a) (210 Ill.2d R. 304(a)), plaintiff, Michael Weisberg, appeals an order from the trial court granting the motion of defendants, Chicago Steel and Cody Lampl, to dismiss pursuant to section 2-619 of the Code of Civil Procedure (the Code) (735 ILCS 5/2-619 (West 2004)); the order dismissed counts I and II of plaintiff's four-count amended complaint.
