Plaintiff Mia Morris appeals the dismissal of her second amended complaint against defendant Harvey Cycle & Camper, Inc., d/b/a Watson Motorsport, Ltd., under section 2-619.1 of the Code of Civil Procedure (Code) (735 ILCS 5/2-619.1 (West 2006)). Plaintiff alleged four counts in her complaint but on appeal she challenges only the dismissals of count I for violation of the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business...
