In October 2007, defendant, Joshua G. Evans, as part of a fully negotiated plea agreement, pleaded guilty to aggravated fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer 625 ILCS 5/11-204.1(a)(1) (West 2006)). The trial court sentenced defendant to 4 1/2 years' imprisonment, with credit for 51 days time served. In November 2007, defendant filed a motion for correction of time...
