In 2000, respondent, Tommy O. Hardin, was convicted of five counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse (720 ILCS 5/12-16(d) (West 2000)) and was sentenced to 22 years in prison. Respondent was scheduled to be released into mandatory supervised release (MSR) from the Robinson Correctional Center on November 20, 2007.
