Petitioner Z Financial, LLC, appeals both the trial court's granting of equitable redemption in a tax deed sale proceeding to the property's owner Ryan Dunn, and the trial court's denial of a motion to expunge the redemption. On appeal, Z Financial claims that the trial court erred in granting equitable redemption because Dunn failed to tender funds redeeming the property within the statutory period of redemption...
