Respondent, James D. Harrison, Jr. (James), filed a petition to transfer custody of the parties' youngest daughter, Jenna Harrison, from petitioner, Patricia G. Tassone (Patty), to himself. After a hearing, in which the circuit court noted that James had taken actions to alienate Jenna from Patty, the circuit court denied James's petition to transfer custody.
