Plaintiff, Jerri Blount, appeals from a judgment of the appellate court reversing a multimillion dollar judgment entered by the Cook County circuit court following a jury trial on plaintiff's federal and state retaliation claims against defendant, Jovon Broadcasting Corporation (Jovon). See 376 Ill.App.3d 935, 315 Ill.Dec. 562, 877 N.E.2d 49
