Following a bench trial, defendant, Terrance Walker, was convicted in the circuit court of Cook County of one count of first degree murder and one count of second degree murder. He was sentenced to respective concurrent prison terms of 60 years and 15 years. The appellate court affirmed. No. 1-06-1761 (unpublished order under Supreme Court Rule 23).
