In June 2007, plaintiff, L. Royce Larsen, M.D., filed a second-amended complaint alleging breach of contract against defendants, Carle Foundation, d/b/a Carle Foundation Hospital, Carle Surgicenter-Danville, and Carle Surgicenter-Champaign.
