Plaintiff, Marie Wackrow, filed a complaint for legal malpractice against defendant, Frederick C. Niemi. The circuit court of Cook County dismissed plaintiff's complaint as time-barred under section 13-214.3(d) of the Code of Civil Procedure (735 ILCS 5/13-214.3(d) (West 1994)).
