Respondent R.P. is the father of the minor child G.P. The trial court found that D.M., the mother of the minor, neglected G.P. in 2004 by providing an injurious environment for the child. On June 17, 2005, at the dispositional hearing, the trial court placed the minor in the custody of father but kept the case open to address visitation with mother. After the dispositional hearing, father filed two separate motions...
