Following a jury trial, defendant Harold Jenkins was convicted of one count of aggravated possession of stolen firearms (720 ILCS 5/16-16.1 (West 2004)) and two counts of possession of a stolen firearm (720 ILCS 5/16-16 (West 2004)) and was sentenced to four years' imprisonment.
